We recently had The CleaningGuy come out to clean our upholstered dining room Parsons chairs and they did an incredible job. The team was punctual, friendly, and very professional from start to finish. They carefully assess the fabric and managed to get out stubborn stains we thought were permanent, making the chairs look brand new again. The technicians, Marcus and Ethan, were absolute pros, they arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and left everything spotless without any mess or disruption. From the moment he arrived, his punctuality, professionalism, and pleasant manner were immediately evident. Before setting up, Marcus thoughtfully removed his shoes and laid a heavy-duty drop sheet at the front door - a small but meaningful gesture that reflected his respect for my home. He worked methodically and with great care, extracting embedded dirt while sharing helpful tips on maintaining the runner’s appearance, especially given the heavy foot traffic on the stairs. To my delight, he also took the initiative to remove a small stain I’d noticed on the top step of another staircase, completing the task efficiently and without hesitation. We hired them for a client's project; cleaning all the area rugs and upholstered furniture after a basement reno where the dust transferred throughout the home more than expected. The Cleaning Guy came highly recommended from an interior designer friend, they did not disappoint. The dye came out and it was restored back to its original state. Wether I was doing cleaning, yard work, home renovations or working at my office. Brett, was right by my side, eager to learn. I never had to force him to do anything, he just desired to help and enjoyed every minute. Always exceling at everything he did. Brett knew I was a perfectionist so he worked hard at hitting the mark. I loved to work with Brett because he always new what needed to be done next. He had the foresight and knowledge to keep the project at hand moving and make sure everything was perfect. I know he is my son and we are supposed to say positive things about our kids but anyone that has met and worked with Brett knows he is one of a kind. My favorite thing about Brett is that you can always count on him.
